How far ahead should I book?
For May, June and the December–January snow season, four to six weeks ahead is sensible — vehicles and decent stays go early. Off-season we can usually put something together in two or three days.
What deposit do you take?
Thirty per cent to confirm, the balance on arrival in Manali. Bank transfer or UPI. You get a written itinerary and a receipt before any money moves.
What happens if a road or pass closes?
We reroute at no extra cost and cover the change in accommodation. What we cannot refund is a night already spent. Weather in the high Himalaya is not something anyone controls, and we would rather be straight with you about that up front.
Can you arrange transport to Manali?
Yes — Volvo seats from Delhi or Chandigarh, or a private cab from Chandigarh and Bhuntar airport. Ask when you enquire and we will add it to the quote.
